Job Responsibilities

Lead the engineering team and organize the daily engineering efforts

Play a key role in the architecture and implementation of a wide range of systems including game front and backend, content production pipelines and LiveOps toolchain

Lead the engineering team’s scheduling and planning efforts, interfacing with Production and Design to understand priorities and remove bottlenecks.

Hands-on programming is required. Write clear, portable, extensible, robust and maintainable code

Navigate complex development scenarios, identify and mitigate development risks

Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills: interface and collaborate with game designers, artists, audio designers, QA testers and outsourcing entities

Promote and ensure engineering standards and efficient production pipeline

Mentor, guide and grow team members
Required Experience
-
5 - 10 years of professional experience in game development
-
Shipped multiple AAA title as a Senior or Lead Engineer on PC/console platforms
-
Expert experience in the FPS genre
-
Expert level UE4 knowledge in developing system level features for multiplayer games
-
Strong knowledge of C/C++ and OOP patterns
-
Production-minded and practice practical problem solving to deliver under time and resource constraints
-
Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent degree in BS or above

Passion for games
